Christmas 2020

The public agency for the management of the Pablo Ruiz Picasso Birthplace Museum and other cultural facilities and museums, Carmen Thyssen Museum Málaga, and Museo Picasso Málaga.

From 21 Dec. 2020 until 6 Jan. 2021

On this occasion, as well as promoting joint initiatives and activities, the exhibition venues taking part in the Museums On Stage project will be presenting a series of art installations that use light as the linchpin of the piece. We consider light to be an element of hope and unity that can help fortify the city in the current situation. We are reaching out to invite collaboration, increasing the number of works that can be created in such spaces and making them more accessible. Themed tours and special workshops serve to complete this Museums On Stage special More Light programme.
From 21st December to 6th January, visitors buying tickets at any of the five venues can get a free pass for the other four and, as well, for the Carmen Thyssen Museun.
